DESCRIPTION:For this Tech Session\, John will be showing some simple DIY 2m/70cm dual band antennas that you can build easily and cheaply. \nThis will make either your new hand-held perform much better\, or plug into the back or your base station radio in the shack. \nThere are a number : \nOpposed  dipole\nColinear (made from RG-58)\nFlowerpot\nSlim Jim\nJPole \nWe will also be able to provide build details either by printed media or an Internet Link for the above antennas \nThere will also be a NanoVNA and an Antenna Analyser that we can use to have a look at the performance and VSWR. \nLook forward to seeing you there. \n
