AHARS Members, BBQ Picnic in the Park, in the grounds at the back of the Goodwood Orphanage, Mitchell Street, Millwood, on Sunday the 19^th January.

We will be providing Meat, Salads, Bread Rolls, and condiments.  You will need to provide everything else, that is plates, cutlery, drinks, chairs, table and hats. If you want desert or sweets for afters, you will need to bring that also.

If you are intending to come, you will have to make a direct deposit of $10.00 per person into the AHARS Bank Account. Please make sure you include your Callsign and add “BBQ” as a comment, so we can track numbers for catering. You will need to do this at least by the 12^th of January.  Bank account details are as follows:
